EAC Reimbursement Request Submission Issue

    The issue affecting reimbursement submissions has been resolved.  PowerSchool released a fix on July 19th, and the submission process is now working properly.

    PowerSchool has confirmed that the fix for this issue will be included in the upcoming escalation release, which is scheduled for deployment no later than Saturday, July 19.

    We are aware of an issue affecting the submission of reimbursement requests in which the screen refreshes without displaying an error message, but the reimbursement is not actually submitted. Staff are still able to save reimbursement forms as drafts.

    PowerSchool has identified the root cause of the problem, which stems from a code change introduced on July 4th. They are actively working on a resolution and anticipate releasing a fix on July 19th.

    The Employee Access Center (EAC) will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled upgrades to the Reimbursement and Leave workflow systems. During this time, staff will not be able to access the EAC.

EAC Leave & Reimbursement Outage

    The issues affecting leave and reimbursement submissions and workflow approvals in the EAC have been resolved. Access to the Leave Reporting and Reimbursement screen has been restored, and the system is functioning as expected.

    We are currently experiencing issues with leave and reimbursement submissions, as well as workflow approvals, in the EAC. PowerSchool has been notified, and we are working with them to resolve the issue.

    In the meantime, the Leave Reporting and Reimbursement screen has been temporarily removed from the EAC to prevent further disruption.

Frontline Central Degraded Performance

    Frontline is reporting that this incident has been resolved. Frontline provided the following update:

    We sincerely appreciate your continued patience and partnership as we work through recent disruptions to Frontline Central. We understand how vital this system is—especially during the busy close of the school year—and we deeply regret any delays or stress these issues may have caused.

    The recent instability in Frontline Central was caused by limitations in a third-party technology that supports some of its key functions. Our teams have implemented immediate measures to stabilize the system, and we’re actively working on a long-term solution, transitioning to a best-in-class platform built to support your most critical processes. This upgrade is on track for completion by the end of July 2025.

    Rest assured, we remain vigilant, continuously monitoring performance and applying short-term enhancements as needed. As always, our Support team is here for you—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any help.
