Employee Access Center Error - Budget Unit Not Valid

    PowerSchool released an update over the weekend resolving this issue.

    We are currently aware of an issue in the Employee Access Center that is preventing users from entering budget codes on reimbursement forms. When attempting to submit, users receive an error indicating that the budget unit is not valid. We have reported the issue to PowerSchool and are awaiting their assessment.

    There is a network outage affecting internet access for Athena-Weston SD and Milton-Freewater SD. We have notified the service provider and are awaiting an estimated time of restoration (ETR) and further details.

IMESD - Inbound Phone Call Outage

    The issue affecting inbound phone calls has been resolved.  All inbound, internal, and six-digit district dialing are now fully operational.

    We are currently experiencing an outage with our inbound phone lines due to a service provider issue. At this time, incoming calls from outside IMESD may not be received. Please note that internal dialing and six-digit district dialing remain operational. Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. EAC Reimbursement Request Submission Issue

    The issue affecting reimbursement submissions has been resolved.  PowerSchool released a fix on July 19th, and the submission process is now working properly.

    PowerSchool has confirmed that the fix for this issue will be included in the upcoming escalation release, which is scheduled for deployment no later than Saturday, July 19.

    We are aware of an issue affecting the submission of reimbursement requests in which the screen refreshes without displaying an error message, but the reimbursement is not actually submitted. Staff are still able to save reimbursement forms as drafts.

    PowerSchool has identified the root cause of the problem, which stems from a code change introduced on July 4th. They are actively working on a resolution and anticipate releasing a fix on July 19th.
